Frequently Asked Questions

Do you provide the apparel, or just the embroidery?
We can do either. Bring your own apparel (BYOG - Bring Your Own Garments) or we can source it for you. If we're sourcing, we'll provide options and pricing in your quote.
What's your minimum order quantity?
20 pieces per design. This keeps our pricing competitive while making bulk embroidery accessible for small to mid-sized teams and businesses.
What file formats do you accept for logos?
Vector files work best (.AI, .EPS, .PDF, .SVG). We can also work with high-resolution .PNG or .JPG files. If you only have a low-res image or business card, we'll let you know if it's usable or if we need to redraw it.
Do you digitize logos, or do I need to provide embroidery files?
We handle all digitizing in-house. Send us your logo and we'll convert it into an embroidery-ready file. One-time digitizing/setup fee applies per design.
What's your typical turnaround time?
Most orders: 7-10 business days from artwork approval. Rush orders available depending on our schedule — just ask.
Can you match specific brand colors (PMS/Pantone)?
Yes. We'll get as close as possible using our thread library. Keep in mind embroidery thread won't be a perfect match to printed ink, but we'll show you thread samples for approval before production.
Do you offer design services or create logos?
No. We're a production partner, not a design studio. Bring us your existing logo and branding, and we'll embroider it onto your apparel. If you need a logo designed, we can refer you to local designers.
What areas do you serve?
